About Aaron Antonini
I’m a professional baseball catcher in the Detroit Tigers organization, focused on competing at a high level and continuing to develop every part of my game.
Behind the plate, my role goes beyond just catching. I take pride in managing the game, building trust with my pitchers, and controlling the tempo in high-pressure situations. A big part of what I do is preparation — understanding hitters, calling the right game, and being a steady presence for the team.
Baseball has always been more than just something I play. It’s a daily commitment to getting better — physically, mentally, and technically. Whether it’s pitch framing, blocking, or refining the small details, I’m always working to improve and bring consistency to my performance.
Off the field, I carry that same mindset. Discipline, resilience, and attention to detail are what drive me. I believe success is built over time through repetition, focus, and showing up every day ready to work.
As I continue my journey in the Tigers organization, my goal is simple — keep improving, compete at the highest level, and make an impact wherever I’m at.
